7th Grade A Team
In an exhilarating display of athleticism and teamwork, 7th grade A team secured a decisive victory, winning their match in three sets (19-25, 25-20, 15-13). From the first serve to the final whistle, the team showcased their superior skills, proving their dominance on both offense and defense. We overcame adversity on the court with losing the first game and the noise in the gym. We have grown to be mentally tough in close situations and I am so proud of them for that.  Relentless Effort has been spread throughout our 7th graders and they were able to make the adjustments needed in the first game. We have been on our redemption tour the second half of play and Bandera is a force to be reckoned with. Our last game will be against Devine on Monday at Home. 7th Grade B Team
The 7th grade B team traveled to Uvalde yesterday to compete in their last away game of the season. After falling short in the first set, the team rallied together by communicating with each other, better passing, and strong serving to force a third set. We had strong serving by Emma Spofford, Nataley Guel, and Vanessa Gonzales. Although the girls worked well together, it ultimately wasn't enough to secure the win. We will continue working and preparing for our last game of the season against Devine, on October 28th.
